Our mission is to make a healthier you a simpler reality.
At Kiltro, our team — Vlad, Jon, Michelle, and Natalie — shares a deep passion for self-improvement, wellness, and achieving personal goals.
With our combined expertise and experience in these areas, we've dedicated ourselves to creating an app that simplifies the journey towards a healthier, more intentional way of living with more energy and less stress.
I’ve always been passionate about health and performance. From soccer fields to extreme water sports, I’ve lived it and loved it. I founded, built, and sold a fitness app (Hot5 Fitness, to Weight Watchers and helped millions of people at WW.
Now, Kiltro is the app I’m building in service of all I’ve learned about health and human behavior–to lower stress and boost healthspan.
I’m all about figuring things out and pushing myself toward big goals. I've overcome tough personal challenges in my life, and completed my B.S. in Software Engineering (summa cum laude), while working full-time, and I channel that drive into everything: crafting furniture, building wooden sailboats, and powerlifting.
I co-founded Kiltro to help others break through their challenges, reach their goals,, and feel fulfilled.
I’ve spent my career understanding what makes people tick and how to help them thrive. With a PhD in Social Psychology and experience as a Behavioral Scientist at WeightWatchers, I’ve helped tons of people reach their wellness goals.
Outside of work, I’m a yoga teacher and enjoy exploring southern Rhode Island with my husband Jonathan, our two dogs, and our extended family.
As a working mom, I understand the struggle to balance it all. After years in tech, including six at Google, I found my own health took a backseat.
Kiltro helps me prioritize what truly matters and bring balance back to my life. I know my struggle isn’t just mine–that’s why I’m excited to help other parents thrive despite the challenges and competing demands.
